Users with the exhibitor role can select and communicate when they will be available on their booth, which will then allow visitors to make appointments with them.
If an exhibitor is present on several booths, he can therefore divide his available time between the different booths.
Find out everything you need to know to manage your agenda
Available time slots are recorded in the time zone of the exhibitor who entered them in their agenda, and will then be presented and adapted to the time zone of each user. You don’t have to worry about anything, the platform manages all time zones for all users.
If you delete an available attendance time slot from your calendar, all appointments already made will be automatically canceled, and the users concerned will receive a cancellation e-mail.
