Fair Options

This page allows you to access a few of the global fair options, such as default exhibitor access rights to certain features (booth customization, individual statistics, etc.) or requiring users to activate their account after registration.

The page is divided into a fair tab and a booth tab. The fair tab is divided into 2 parts as well:

In the “Fair Options” part, the organizer can set up global options (these options may vary depending on the organizer’s choices):

  • Mandatory activation of user accounts: visitors will have to activate their account via a link received in the registration confirmation email (warning: if the organizer chooses this option, he/she must remember to add the link in the registration confirmation email – see Email templates)
  • Priority for booths with online exhibitors: booths with exhibitors logged in will appear first in the hall lobby
  • Booths not visible to exhibitors : exhibitors will not be able to see other booths during the fair, apart from their own booths stamped “home”
  • Allowing exhibitors to enter the fair before it opens: allows you to give exhibitors access to the event only when you wish.
  • The ability to allow or not allow advisors to request a premium rendering
  • In the “Booth Options” section, the organizer can set the options that will be selected by default when new booths are created (he/she will still be able to modify them individually afterwards):

    • BO access by exhibitors: exhibitors can add their own booth content
    • Model access by exhibitors: exhibitors can configure their booth’s background visual themselves; requires the first “BO access”
    • option

    • Statistics access by exhibitors: exhibitors can access the statistics tab for their booth, requires the first option ”access to the BO”
    • Public display of visitors present on the booths: visitors can see and interact with other visitors on the same booth
    • Visitor history: exhibitors keep a history of booth visitors in the Notifications panel
    • Allow appointments to be made directly on booth

The organizer can check/uncheck the options according to his wishes.

In the “Booths” tab, he can also configure the elements of the “Booths Options” section for each booth individually (he can also do this from the editing mode when creating or modifying the booths).
